Our take
The Milwaukee M12 heated jacket is built for tradespeople who already live on the M12 battery platform. Front and back heat zones with three settings keep your core warm in unheated warehouses, outdoor staging, and early-morning jobsite cold without forcing a huge insulated coat under a tool belt.
Because the jacket is sold without a battery, first-time buyers should budget for an M12 pack and charger — or use batteries they already own from drills and drivers. That is the whole point of the ecosystem: swap a warm battery from your bag and keep working. Runtime depends on pack amp-hours and heat setting; larger XC packs last longer on low.
This is not a fashion softshell. Styling is work-jacket first: durable fabric, room for layers, and a silhouette that looks right next to Milwaukee tools. Heating coverage is simpler than five-zone consumer jackets (Venustas, DEWBU) — expect core warmth, not arm or collar panels on every SKU. Check the specific Amazon listing for size and color variants.
Choose Milwaukee if M12 batteries are already in your kit and you need jobsite durability. Choose Venustas or ActionHeat if you want a lighter commute jacket with a pack in the box. AffiStack keeps this listing because it is the clearest "trade brand" heated jacket for US shoppers comparing power-tool ecosystems. Pair it with heated gloves if your hands go numb before your torso does, and read our heated jackets guide for non-trade alternatives.

Don’t think, buy it.
Amazon customer· Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2020Jacket is unbelievable. I have 12 bad discs in my back and had surgery on 2. The weather gets below 50degress and I couldn’t go outside because the pain was unbearable. Once I bought this jacket that problem went away. It’s the only reason why I can go outside in the winter. I liked it so much I bought 2, one for work because I’m in construction and one for going out. The jacket is so well made and good looking that I wear it out in the evenings after work. It was worth every penny for the quality look and use ability. One person found this

Needs to fit snug
Harold Bryan Morris· Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2021It is a little on big size for me. After reading reviews on people’s size and build and ordering from that. It’s a good jacket I just needed a medium instead of a large. Needs to fit snug for heating elements to be up against your body. One person found this
