Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AffiStack website at https://affistack.store and related features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AffiStack operates an independent product-comparison and deals site. We are not a shop, marketplace, or the seller of the products we list. This document is provided for transparency. It is not legal advice.

1. Who we are
The Service is operated by AffiStack. For questions about these Terms, email [email protected] or use our contact form.
2. The Service
AffiStack publishes product information, prices we last verified, editorial comparisons, and links to third-party retailers (including Amazon). You may browse without an account. Optional features include an account, wishlist, price alerts, newsletter, and a contact form.
We do not take payment, hold inventory, ship goods, or handle returns. When you click through to buy, your contract is with the retailer, not with AffiStack.
Content on the Service is general information. It is not professional, financial, or product-safety advice, and it is not an offer to sell.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter a contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
The Service is not directed at children. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Accounts
If you register, you must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe it has been misused.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, the account is used for abuse, or we must do so for security or legal reasons.
You may ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
5. Wishlists, price alerts, and emails
Wishlists and price alerts are convenience features. A price alert is not a guarantee that stock will exist, that the retailer will honour a price, or that we will notify you before a price changes.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we will send emails until you unsubscribe. Transactional messages about your account or an alert you requested may still be sent as needed to provide the Service.
6. Affiliate links
AffiStack is free to use. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links. That does not increase the price you pay the retailer. Commission rates do not determine our editorial rankings.

7. Third-party retailers
Retailer websites have their own terms, privacy notices, prices, delivery, returns, and warranties. Amazon and other brand names are trademarks of their owners. AffiStack is not Amazon, the manufacturer, or the seller of record.
We are not responsible for retailer content, checkout, payment, shipping delays, defective goods, or customer service on those sites. Raise purchase issues with the retailer.
8. Prices and accuracy
We recrawl retailer pages and show a last-checked time where available. Prices, discounts, ratings, and availability can change without notice after our last check. A “deal” badge appears only when we have a list or comparable price above the live amount we recorded — it is not a promise the offer will remain.
Always confirm price, tax, shipping, and stock on the retailer’s site before you buy.
9. Intellectual property
AffiStack owns or licenses the Service’s design, original text, logos, and software. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy the catalog at scale, frame the site, use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, or republish our original guides as your own.
Product titles, images, trademarks, and reviews displayed from retailers remain the property of those parties. We show them to help you compare products.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights
- probe, scan, or attack the Service, or circumvent security or access controls
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as allowed by our robots.txt and ordinary browser use
- overload the Service with automated traffic, or abuse affiliate links (including generating fake clicks or conversions)
- impersonate AffiStack or anyone else, or submit spam or malware via the contact form
- use the Service to compete with us by systematically reproducing our listings
We may block access or remove content that we reasonably consider abusive.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies in the EEA/UK are optional.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices and product details are complete or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Liability
Subject to section 12, we are not liable for:
- purchases, shipping, returns, or warranties handled by retailers
- loss of profit, data, or indirect or consequential loss
- decisions you make based on prices or editorial content
- failures of third-party sites, networks, or messaging services we use to operate the Service
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which is typically zero, because the Service is free) and (b) one hundred euro (€100), except where the law requires otherwise.
14. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. You may have the right to take a dispute to your local courts.
15. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If a change is material, we may also note it on the site. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
16. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AffiStack about the Service and replace prior terms on the same subject. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Service.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
