Affiliate Disclosure
Effective August 18, 2026 · Last updated August 18, 2026
As an Amazon Associate, AffiStack earns from qualifying purchases. We may also earn commissions from other affiliate partners when you buy through links on this site. You do not pay extra. This is a material connection under the FTC’s endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255).
This page is our full affiliate disclosure for https://affistack.store. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

1. Required Amazon Associates statement
AffiStack is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and related Amazon sites.
When you click an Amazon link on AffiStack and make a qualifying purchase, Amazon may pay us a commission.
Amazon, Amazon.com, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. AffiStack is not Amazon and is not an official Amazon store.
2. What an affiliate link is
Most product buttons and retailer URLs on AffiStack are affiliate links. They include tracking so the retailer can credit our referral if you buy.
- The price you pay the retailer is the same as if you visited them directly (before any coupon or Prime benefit they offer on their site).
- You are not required to buy.
- Payment, tax, shipping, returns, and warranties are solely between you and the retailer.
We do not collect your card number. Checkout happens on the retailer’s website.
3. Other affiliate programmes
In addition to Amazon Associates, we may join similar programmes operated by other retailers or networks. Those links work the same way: a possible commission if you purchase, at no extra cost to you. Where a programme requires its own wording, we will add it here.
4. Editorial independence
Commissions fund the site (hosting, price recrawls, and editorial work). They do not decide:
- which products we publish
- the order of listings
- whether a product receives a deal badge
We recrawl live prices and only mark a deal when a list or comparable “was” price is higher than the current amount. We do not invent markdowns. We do not sell rankings to brands.
If we run a paid advertisement or sponsored placement, we will label it as such. Standard affiliate product links are editorial referrals disclosed on this page and in the short notice on each product page.
5. Prices, availability, and “last checked”
We verify prices on a recrawl schedule. The date or time on a listing is when we last confirmed the data — not a promise it is still correct. Retailers can change price and stock without notice.
Always confirm the offer on Amazon (or the other retailer) before you buy. Their posted price and terms control.
6. What AffiStack is not responsible for
We are not the seller of record. We are not liable for:
- pricing errors or cancelled orders on the retailer’s site
- shipping delays, lost packages, or return disputes
- product defects, recalls, or warranty claims
- the retailer’s privacy practices or cookies after you leave AffiStack
Direct those issues to the retailer. See our Terms of Service.
7. Where we disclose this on the site
FTC guidance requires a material connection to be clear and conspicuous. We disclose it:
- in a short notice on product pages (Amazon Associate language plus a link to this page)
- in the site footer
- in full on this Affiliate Disclosure page
If a notice is ever missing on a specific URL, this page still applies to every affiliate link on AffiStack.
8. Cookies when you click through
Following an affiliate link takes you to a third-party site that may set its own cookies for referral tracking, login, and checkout. That is governed by the retailer’s policy, not ours. Details: Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this disclosure. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes may also be noted on the site.
